CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Dear guests; we would like to remind you that the hotel is obliged to accept guests on their arrival day at the room handover time of 14:00.
Dear guests; guests staying at the hotel must vacate their rooms by 12:00 on their departure day, collect all personal belongings from the room, and check out at the reception with their keys. The hotel management reserves the right to charge additional usage fees from guests who do not comply with these time frames. We remind our guests that their stay and holiday end with lunch on their departure day.
Dear guests; we would like to inform you that upon your arrival at our hotel and on your departure day, you can store your luggage securely in the baggage room where security camera recordings are taken.
Dear guests; your stay at the hotel will begin at 14:00 on your reservation date, and you can start benefiting from beverage service immediately after check-in. Our guests can start receiving meal service with dinner on their arrival day. Guests cannot receive breakfast and lunch services on their arrival day.
Dear guests; if you arrive before the check-in time on your arrival day, you will need to wait in the lobby until your room is ready. Only guests with wristbands can enter the general areas.

Our rooms are in our new building, 22 m² in size, with parquet flooring. There are 93 Annex Rooms in our property. Rooms have 1 Large Bed or 2 separate Single Beds. Rooms include satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (paid), hair dryer, shower, and French balcony. Annex rooms have sea or garden views.
GARDEN BUILDING
Our garden rooms are located in 3-story buildings in the garden area. Rooms are 24 m² in size with ceramic flooring. Rooms include satellite LCD TV, 1 air conditioning unit, telephone, minibar (paid), hair dryer, shower, and balcony. All Club Rooms have garden views. There are 55 Garden rooms in our property.
Our family rooms are located in 3-story buildings in the garden area. Rooms with 2 bedrooms have 1 Large and 2 separate Single Beds. Rooms are 40 m² in size with ceramic flooring. Rooms include satellite LCD TV, 1 air conditioning unit, telephone, minibar (paid), hair dryer, shower, and balcony. All family rooms have garden views. There are 21 Family Rooms in our property.

OUR A-LA CARTE RESTAURANTS
- • To use our A'La Carte Restaurants, you must make a reservation at the guest relations desk in the lobby.
- • Guests who will use our A'La Carte Restaurants must arrive at the restaurant by 20:00 at the latest, 1 hour after the opening time. Guests arriving after the last admission time will not be admitted to the A'La Carte Restaurant and their rights will be considered used. Guests who change their minds and wish to cancel their reservations must inform the guest relations desk by 15:00 the day before. No other reservation will be made for canceled reservations without prior notice.
- • In our A'La Carte restaurants, all-inclusive beverages are free, while imported beverages, luxury bottled wines, and canned beverages are chargeable.
- • Guests staying at our hotel for 5 nights can use our A'La Carte Restaurants only once for free. Guests staying less than 5 nights can use our A'La Carte Restaurants by paying 25 Euros per person.
- • Dress code is important in our A'La Carte restaurants. Please avoid wearing beach or pool attire.
- • Each A'La Carte restaurant will open for a minimum of 10 people. Opening hours and dates of our A'La Carte restaurants may change depending on the number of people or weather conditions.
